EULA - End User License Agreement

PHONETIZER END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (the Software hereinafter)

PLEASE READ THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE. BY INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE, DO NOT INSTALL THE SOFTWARE.

The software and any materials accompanying this license are licensed to you by Alexei Vinidiktov (the Author hereinafter).

This License allows you to distribute, install and use the Software under the following terms. Permission to distribute the Software without fee or royalty is granted, provided that the distribution kit is not changed and the full text of this license agreement appears on all copies of the Software.

You can use the Software free of charge during the trial period. For further legal usage you should register (see the program help) the Software.

The Author provides technical support via e-mail ONLY. The maintenance of non-registered users is possible but is not obligatory and depends on unpredictable circumstances.

Except as permitted by applicable laws and this License, you may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, rent, lease, sell or loan the Software. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from the Author if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this License.
